Après quelques étapes en France et à l’étranger, je suis installée dans les alpes grenobloises depuis 2005. Provenant d’une famille comptant plusieurs peintres, la peinture n’a jamais cessé de faire partie de ma vie. Après quelques explorations à l’aquarelle et au pastel gras, je tourne (enfin !) vers la peinture à l’huile au couteau depuis 2008, pratique que j’ai exploré pendant de nombreuses années, à la fois en autodidacte et en atelier aux Beaux Arts de Grenoble. J’expose depuis 2019 en salons et expositions collectives dans la région grenobloise.

Au décours de mes explorations créative, je me tourne de plus en plus vers la représentation d’un monde étrangement familier, à la fois sensible et décalé. Je revisite les lieux communs (que je glane au cours de mes déplacements) dans un style mêlant impressionnisme et expressionnisme, et vibrant au rythme de l'abstraction lyrique et du surréalisme. Des formes anthropomorphes étonnantes (issues de mes "croquis intérieurs") s’immiscent dans l’espace, lui redonnant toute sa magie par l’empreinte du singulier.

Le geste direct, instinctif et puissant imprime un style unique et invite la matière picturale à s’exprimer librement dans la superposition d’épaisseurs, où le fond refait surface. Les larges touches d’impasto se superposent alla prima, offrant une matière qui se sculpte plus qu’elle ne se peint, et laissent les couches de fond se révélées par la technique du graffito, donnant un effet tactile et vibrant et surtout un terrain de jeu immense pour explorer la lumière et la matière dans toute leur intensité. La richesse de la matière capte invite le regard à explorer les détails dans une perception tactile propre à transmettre l’intense énergie et la profondeur émotionnelle qui se dégage de la toile.

After a few periods in France and abroad, I live and work in the Grenoble Alps since 2005. Coming from a family of several painters, painting has never ceased to be a part of my life. After some explorations in watercolor and oil pastel, I finally turned to oil painting with a palette knife since 2008, a practice that I have explored for many years, both self-taught and in the studio at the Beaux Arts in Grenoble. I have been exhibiting since 2019 in salons and group exhibitions in the Grenoble region.

In the course of my creative explorations, I am increasingly turning towards the representation of an strangely familiar world, both sensitive and offbeat. I revisit common places (which I glean during my travels) in a style mixing impressionism and expressionism, and pulsating to the rhythm of lyrical abstraction and surrealism. Astonishing anthropomorphic shapes (from my "inner sketches") mingle in the space, giving it all its magic through the imprint of the singular.

The direct, instinctive and powerful strokes imprint a unique style and let the pictorial material express itself freely through the superposition of layers, where the background resurfaces. The broad impasto alla prima offers a material that is sculpted more than painted, and let the background layers be revealed by the graffito technique, giving a tactile and vibrant effect and above all a huge playground to explore light and material in all their intensity. The richness of the material captivates and invites the eye to explore the details through a tactile perception, conveying the intense energy and emotional depth that radiate from the canvas.
